I work with children with autism and their families on a volunteer basis. I am the force behind the movement of moving from 'aware' to 'care, get informed and start including'. Youth, young adults and adults on the autism spectrum are capable to enter the workforce, if we stop and realize their strengths. And, there are many! Communities worldwide must become informed about autism, what it is, what it's not and why we should be including all who have been diagnosed with it into our homes, communities, county's and political and educational discussions.
