It was the day of 5th December 2012, a huge walk and ceremony was celebrate in District HattianBala AZAD KASHMIR Pakistan. This IVD organized by NCHD sattlite district Hattianbala. The chief guest of the IVD was Mr. Fareed chaudhry and chaired by DEO Mr. Sharif Chowan. All the local NGOs like Human Community Development Foundation Hattian, Panjal welfare organization, SDF, Literacy Volunteers, labour union hattian's volunteer and lot of UPE Volunteers participate in it. At last certifiate was given to the best volunteers by the chief guest.
