UNV co-leads the global dialogue on partnerships with civil society and supports national dialogues through its volunteers
The UNDG Dialogues on the implementation of the post-2015 development agenda continue the global conversation. Consultations in 2013 focused on “what” should go in the new agenda; in 2014, six dialogues focus on “how” the new agenda should be implemented. More about UNV and the dialogues

the post-2015 consultations truly inclusive
MY World is the UN global survey asking people to select their development priorities. Post-2015 Global Debate
UNV supports the global conversation for the development of the post-2015 framework and sustainable development goals (SDGs). In this context, volunteerism as a form of civic engagement, is increasingly recognized as a key complementary mechanism for social, economic and environmental transformation.
Why tweet #actioncounts
It's about being heard by the right people at the right time. Volunteers around the world can sometimes feel that their contribution to society goes unnoticed. Now is the perfect time to be heard, and where better to do it than at the meeting aiming to set goals for the way we will live on this planet over the next decades. We invite all volunteers—present, past and future—to sign in to our website. We want to see and celebrate what you are doing. We want to keep you informed on upcoming events, opportunities and best practices. Everyone is invited to join in, from individuals to entire organizations. Share your stories with us. Build a community. Show the world volunteering matters. Your #actioncounts.
